Two-Room Apartment Larici

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The rental fee includes, for the indicated period:
- Use of the fully furnished apartment, complete with kitchen equipment and blankets.
- Initial cleaning.
- Utilities and consumption.
- Agency commission.
- A single-use welcome kit. (shampoo, soap and dishwashing liquid)
- The provision of bed linen and towels, included in the booking. The agency will ensure that the linen is available in the apartment, but the beds will not be made.

Mandatory extra services:
- Final cleaning (the kitchenette must still be cleaned by the tenant).
- Tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night (excluding children under 14 years old) which will be paid at check-in.

Not included in the rental fee:
- The tenant is responsible for purchasing essential items. There are no kitchen towels or table cloths.

Optional services upon request:
- Garage parking at a cost of €10.00 per night.

PENALTY FOR CANCELLATION GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the entire amount of the deposit paid will be retained unless, after the cancellation, the apartment is rented again for the same period and at the same price.
2. In case of no-show the customer will have to pay the full amount of the rent
There will be no refunds or price reductions in the event of the customer's early departure or late arrival for any reason.

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes not attributable to the company, the accommodation may not be available, the company itself will have to make available a solution of equal or greater value without any refund to be paid by the parties.

TAKING DELIVERY OF THE BOOKED APARTMENT:
The booked apartment is available no earlier than 3pm °° and no later than 7pm °° on the day of the rental start.
Upon arrival, the tenant is required to go to the office of the Serafini s.r.l. Real Estate Agency. – Via Cima Tosa 23 for the collection of the keys, the payment of the balance and the payment of the amount of €. 250 as security.
The Agency staff will take care of accompanying the guest to the apartment reserved for him.
Once the second day has passed without communications from the tenant, the surrender of the apartment is presumed tacit and the reservation is released with forfeiture of the deposit paid.

DEPARTURES:
The rented apartment must be vacated by 10 am on the day of the end of the lease.
The deposit paid upon delivery of the keys can be collected upon return of the keys and after an inspection has taken place, at the office of the Serafini s.r.l. Real Estate Agency.
